During the weekend, John Hanke, CEO of Pokémon Go developers Niantic, gave a talk about the future of AR games at SXSW Gaming. A video claiming to show footage of the much anticipated mobile game popped up shortly afterwards.

Nothing is confirmed as of yet but the clip does give an insight about how the game might look like.

Its an early build. You cant expect smooth Animations and all just yet.

I am honestly very worried about this.
If they are shooting for a summer release date, they need to put the pedal to the metal and snap up production. In its current state, Pokemon GO looks like an awful tech demo.

Nope, it appears to be from today. They site that it's from the SXSW Gaming Expo which was today, yesterday, and Thursday.

And even if the video is from today, the demo may not be using the most up to date build or they have polishing they haven't committed yet.

Nah, in the trailer we see they imply Legendary event will be multiplayer so Masterball may not be guarantee win.
