Everytime I try to install RXTools using this tutorial:

It tells me to hold the button I assigned in menuhax manager while booting RXTools installation. So I do that and it either fails the installation, freezes (stops at a certain bar/percentage), or doesn't boot the installation.

Why is it doing this?

Now I have another issue. Whenever I try to access the RXTools settings menu, it still boots EmuNAND... Any ideas?

I can't get into Emunand mode. It just keeps boot looping back to entry menu thingy. (The purple screen)
Okay, you should get there once. This is in SysNAND. Boot rxtools. Once you get there again you're in EmuNAND so, go to the Homebrew Launcher, select menuhax manager, then uninstall menuhax.

You have menuhax installed to EmuNAND, so it's booting the CTRBootManager automatically. This will uninstall Menuhax from EmuNAND but keep it on SysNAND.

So just uninstall Menuhax and I should be fine?

So I'm a little confused.
Should I install menuhax again after?
No. You have menuhax installed twice: Once on your SysNAND, once on your EmuNAND.

So here's what's happening

Boot 3ds -> boot menuhax -> boot ctrbootmanager -> boot EmuNAND via rxTools -> boot menuhax (on EmuNAND) again -> boot ctrbootmanager (on EmuNAND) again

Once you're in it the second time, you can uninstall menuhax from the EmuNAND. It will not uninstall it from your SysNAND :)

After I change the theme, the video told me to go back into menuhax.
But when I do it says failed to open theme extdata with blah blah blah. I'm so lost right now :(

That error typically means that for some reason the themedata has never been initialized on your NAND

Did you try uninstalling the second time you get into the purple screen?

If so, what's the boot look like now?

Is everything working now?

If so awesome! Don't worry about it, I'm glad I could help you out.
Ah, it says it's supposed to boot straight into emunand if I power on my 3DS without touching anything, right?
But when it gets to the purple screen, it trys booting to this thing called "ReiNAND". but it then says: Err: couldn't load arm9 payload...

Any ideas?
