Does anyone know if this is possible? I've gotten other Japanese games to run but no luck with MM3D.

Since we have no details on your homebrew setup (CFW, no CFW, etc.), all I could really recommend is trying to launch it through HANS and set the language to Japanese, so that the game will find the language files it's looking for properly.

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
