At first I loved this game!! Truly amazing. But just like many other Metrovanias, I got stuck after a couple of hours. And I never picked it up after that.. But this game has the same quality as any 2D Metroid game imo.

I was afraid the game was too hard or too long so I didn't bought it on PS4 yet.
Now I try to complete all games I play before starting a new one, if I'm stuck on one game for a year that would be bad for my backlog

It's similar in a lot of ways to Super Metroid, but much more streamlined. A tiny bit easier too. Although you'll still get lost plenty.

That's great and all but WHERE'S MAH VEETA VERSION
Right before this announcement, the dev posted a blog on his facebook announcing that the Vita version has been submitted to Sony, so hopefully it releases soon! :D

In somewhat related news, he hinted earlier that the Vita version might not have cross-save at launch, but would later. He also said that he'd love to make a 3DS version, but it'd be difficult because, hardware power aside, the extremely low resolution of the 3DS's top screen would mean entire rooms would have to be redesigned. :( Real shame, because I think this game would be absolutely gorgeous in 3D.

Its weird IMO. It feels like Super Metroid, but plays and looks like it was made for a DOS machine... I kinda wish he would have programmed with the SNES specs in mind. Color, mechanics, the works. But seriously, I am being super nit picky.
