you need to install to both sysnand and emunand, destination: SD.

I had the same problem with the gba games. But not the nes games. I gave up and just deleted them. Then I went to "that iso site" and downloaded the same gba games in cia, then installed them to both emunand and sysnand. They worked fine.

I recently patched the AGB_FIRM, converted the GBA games to CIA and installed them on the SD (emunand). They launch just fine. I'm on one of the December Nightlies of rxTools.

It was less complicated than I thought, but maybe that's because my NANDS are linked. The issue is when they aren't, I believe.

1. Backup SysNAND's ticket.db.
(If you don't do that, your ticket.db will be ETERNALLY imported BAD TICKETS by installing CIA - They are unable to be deleted even you use the nightly FBI - which has delete ticket function but actually doesn't work properly)

2. Install Ambassador GBA games on BOTH SysNAND and EmuNAND.

3. Patch AGB_FIRM.

I don't remember ever backing up my ticket.db from sysnand, or having trouble deleting CIAs from sys or emunand.
Or is that only for ambassador gba games?

The bad tickets will not cause any trouble except re-downloading / purchasing the same item on e-shop
(or maybe System Transferring - I just know that ST cannot delete bad tickets from source console, but don't know whether it copies bad tickets to target console or not).
But since Nintendo can detect their existence, I don't know how about the future.
