Hardware What is "stock web browser"?

Ok currently my O3DS is on 10.6.0-31, NO CFW and NO Emunad, and i search for other method for get access to the homebrew on my japanese 3DS. So i go on the luncher page and i found this not on the browserhax: "If your 3DS is on a compatible version, you can use the stock web browser to get homebrew running !" What is this? Sorry to be to noob but i don't get what is this method and more important if i can get access to this. Becouse at the moment the only method i can work for me is cubic ninja but the JP version is very, to much, expensive. So i can get access to this "stock web browser" or i have to hop for some another free method?

P.s: Sorry for this but i got the wrong section for the question. Is possible move in the right section? Thanks and sorry for the mistake.

"Stock" means the default, included browser. You're on 10.6 which browserhax doesn't work on so you need OoT or CN. It's likely cheaper to buy a Sky3DS and put CN on it than buying a JPN copy of CN.

Ok to expensive for me, expecialy becouse i use the homebrew for custom theme and save editing or homebrew game, so i have to hope someday a new or update exploit happen. OoT i don't know if work with the digital copy (i always go digital for my jp 3ds) and becouse the digital copy of cubic ninja never exist anymore in japan..yes i have to only hope.

A digital copy of OoT will work only if you already have access to homebrew on that 3DS in order to install the hacked save file.

Well in this case i have to only hope. As far i love OoT i don't think i have to re-buy the game in japanese (fisical copy) only for the homebrew. Thanks for the information anyway
