Of course you can just use emuNAND toolYou can't even make backups of your emunand on a 4gb. It's just too small to be useful for anything.
I think he meant "no need to downgrade and set up a CFW and stuff, you can just use a legit cia on your updated sysNAND with no CFW". But then, I'd say it isn't a good piece of advice.The problem everyone is pointing out is that the OP does not have the space to install the CIA, not which CIA to use.
