Just a curious thought. Running a 10.6 emuNAND and I was wondering if I could install a japanese mii plaza and still have my american mii plaza as well?

I wouldn't think so. It would probably either not install at all, brick your 3DS, or overwrite your American Mii Plaza.

Most likely overwrite, as id assume they have the same unique ID

yes you can on emuNAND not sysNAND tho or it well brake. it is 100% safe to use on emuNAND you can use 3dsnus to download it and you can only lonch it in rx tools or reiNAND with regen free cia
