Hardware (Help) New 3DSXL Top screen is having flickers in corners of screen

So i made a new custom theme for my 3ds and i turned off my system and took the sd card out to put it on my themes folder, and when i put it back in and closed my back and turned my system on, now the all of the corners on the top screen slightly flicker and i have no idea why, ive turned off auto brightness and power saving mode and it still happens, with 3d on it doesnt happen.

Edit: Now all of a sudden its not doing it anymore, what could have caused this?

Did you have a theme installed when the flickers happened?

Yes, and it also flickering being turned on aswell

Sometimes this happens, just turn off your system for a minute and return it on again and it should be fixed...
