On my either old or new 3ds xl with 9.2 emunand would instaling or at least playing cias of nds games be possible at all?

I want to download and play thousands of dollars of games for free but I don't want to pay $6 for a flashcart. I also expect someone to make a ROM loader just so I don't have to spend $6 on said flashcart, and I am not willing to do the work myself.

There are some NDS demos at that ISO site (not all of them work though, some need to be booted in a CIA manager).
It's as close to having NDS Games installed to HOME Menu.

There's some work being done about it, but it would most likely need modification of the ROM so that it re-points the data to the SD card, otherwise it will look for the data in the cartridge slot

Some of us don't have access to a retailer that sells them. Though I would gladly buy one, I want a loader for these reasons:
I can't buy a cart.
Let's face it, a loader would be friggin awesome.
