If you want it so badly make it yourself. No need to make other people do it for you. Coding is an useful skill anyways. Will earn you tons of money one day.

Sorry I was harsh on you btw. There is always a risk that a skilled dev will do it in a mather of days. It's never a bad idea to ask, just in case !

Another 3d emulator...

It's made with Unity, so unless it's open source and is modded/ported by a developer registered with Nintendo (with access to Unity and 3DS SDK and dev units), it probably won't happen.

I'm not seeing the source for it.
