Hacking Region changed sysnand, can't access eshop. Any other way to repair VC cias?

Most of the legit VC cias(Pokemon Red,Blue,etc) require you to go on the eshop before they work but since I have a region swapped sysnand running on a9hl aureinand I can't access the eshop. Right now I get an infinite 3ds screen.

Have you tried looking on that iso site for any vcs that work? I remember someone giving me a link on skype to a working Pokemon Red vc from there (asia81 uploaded it)

Get the crypto fixed ones. They work on my region changed N3DS.
