I tried patching a rom with the 0.6 patch, but only the menu was in english, all the story text was kind of broken. Do I need a specific rom, or there is a newer patch?

That's the latest patch released, only a few graphics, menu items weapons and such are translated. Last version will have everything (script, extras menu, etc).

My favorite thing about this game series is that the 'Akinator' thing can NEVER guess a character from it, so I always win. Also Arno. Just Arno in general. What about everyone else?

I dunno how, I download v6 patch and do all thing to patch this game ( I download jap ver from emuparadise ). Eeeh, I'm so excited for this game, I've been following the threads for a long time~ Funny story, yesterday I was making a Summon Night SwordCraft Story 1/2 Personality quiz, and it was taking me a really long time, and I didnt write down the questions and answers. When I clicked the publish button it sort of got abolished for some reason...wait thats not funny is it? :'D

That'd be useful Revolsin, thanks! Once the script's been totally extracted with the correct format and the english script added, proofreading will begin. Btw, nothing new to inform so far, script is still being exported with the new format.

Japanese stuff confuses akinator, lol.

Update: got a message from earthdarkness, the exporter seems to be working on story related scripts (NPC and map related scripts aren't supported yet). One it's ready, an early version of the script will be released to start with proofreading.

Exactly, we had been working on deciding some variable names like each character expression, type of box, etc to make proofreading easier. Once I recieve the script I'll add the translated script for proofreading.

Im a Begginer Youtuber and Im planning on doing an Walkthrough of the game using this patch when it's done. (I cleared the game 100% in Japanese so I want to help the new players when they start playing with the patch). I'd imagine the problem with that is: There isn't notable progress made daily. These are people with their own lives and it's not necessary that they'll be working on this day in and day out; and of course even if they did, it's not a necessity to make major progress every day considering the kind of work this is. Pablitox is doing a pretty good job in keeping people informed about this at a fairly regular and realistic rate in any case.
