I know of Fatal Relations and Virus DS (btw the applause/clapping sound you hear after you beat each level is way too fucking LOUD) but other than that I can't find any other .nds files of games, only articles about them.

Damn, alot of those other games seem rather fun.
That it would, mate, that it would...
I tried a few on Desmume but only Fatal Relations worked so i deleted the others and that was way back then so idk where i got them now. Most of them are jpn homebrews that arnt translated.

I recall reporting on a few or having a few appear in homebrew news feeds. I can't recall any of great interest though -- most were sliding puzzles ( http://gamebrew.org/wiki/Ultimate_Sliding_Puzzle_-_Pack_Ecchi ) and basic homebrew things rather than something really nice like we often saw on the DS-- ask me for the best GBA chess game and I will seriously tell you it is Dexter's lab chess, here most attempts on the DS were not even great examples of the games in question*. I do recall a memory match game where the memory/match items were left and right tits... bastard hard that was.
I think there might have also been some kind of strip poker homebrew but that could well have been another system or a discussion about making one for the DS. There was the blackjack trainer games http://gamebrew.org/wiki/Sexy_Blackjack_Trainer http://gamebrew.org/wiki/Sexy_Blackjack_Trainer_II though.
Never heard of it before now but http://www.elotrolado.net/hilo_hombrew-segagirl-juego-hentai-erotico-18_950762 which would have that nice MS paint feel and be in Spanish.
Not quite the same but there is a DS Kama Sutra viewer

Games that would be flash games also appeared at times

*minor exception for the adult mode of the Qix/Volfied clone http://gamebrew.org/wiki/DS_All_Stars , though off the top of my head I am not sure if I have a better suggestion for a Qix/Volfied clone on the DS (and would probably suggest a megadrive/genesis emulator). Quite a lot of DS homebrew used simple graphics formats so you could probably crowbar in your own stuff for a lot of things.

I am not sure what Japanese ones Raylight refers to, unless it was the various visual novels or that demo that floated around. I did find some of the visual novels for someone a few months back http://gbatemp.net/threads/sono-hanabira-vns-on-nds.395662/#post-5633624

Another homebrew you might be interested in is tickle girl DS
dsemu048_2.gif

But you might have some problems getting it to run as it uses GBAFS.
