I've noticed Smea is working on a hax 2.7 today.
Does anyone have knowledge if this is currently effecting installing existing cubic ninja payloads to the cart?

I've just bought a n3ds (9.9.0.26-U) to upgrade from my o3ds and 2ds, but the browser is throwing an error about not being able to access it right now.

I put a DNS up before I did anything on my internet to preemptively block the nag, but I may have received it from a random open wifi network if it's possible for it to scan and connect to these in the background.
Either way, I'm still experiencing a browser error so I've resorted to trying my copy of cubic ninja.

And there in lies the real meat of my problem, Cubic Ninja keeps crashing to the home menu with a software error when I try to install the qr code.
Installing the code works on my o3ds though, but I believe there might be some detection for if you're running an o3ds or n3ds with a different payload, as using the 9.9.0.26-U payload installed cart from my o3ds in the n3ds results in crashing.

If anyone has any information on the following, I'd really appreciate if you'd chime in:
  • If you can get the browser block by just testing your connection or having open wifi in range before setting up your DNS
  • If smea's updates are breaking new cubic ninja installs right now
  • If there's a different payload installed on an o3ds scanning a cubic ninja 9.9.0-26-u qr vs a N3ds scanning this code
  • If the n3ds has trouble connecting to certain wifi broadcast frequencies o3ds and 2ds work fine on
  • Or any other general knowledge on what might be cause/resolve this

A while ago I did. Just use browserhax to install menuhax. Thats what fixed it for me. Also I heard if you change the date to January 2000, the browser nag goes away.
And like a month later I was able to install the payloads for CN.

Oh okay, good to hear that unstable uploads of payloads may possibly be the culprit.
I'd use browserhax except for the aforementioned error when trying to use my browser.
The Internet browser cannot be used at this time. Please check your network environment or try again later.

It's not the more common browsernag error, though this error CAN indicate you tried to BLOCK the browsernag with a DNS.
So I'm unsure if it actually triggered this or if I'm just having difficulty with the wifi on my n3ds.

If anyone has info on how to bypass this specific error I'm getting (as opposed to the more common browsernag message), I'd be happy to give it a try.

Edit: After changing my routers wifi broadcasting mode I was able to successfully download the cubic ninja payload. Must have been a hardware issue on my end.
