ROM Hack [Release] Templates of all 3DS Virtual Console official banners

They probably had planned western release, but changed their mind.
Even in Japan they got only four games released.
But now we have that emulator and can inject other games!

The consoles are PC Engine (Jap) and TurboGrafx-16 (USA).

Added a PcEngine/TurboGrafx template :

PC Engine (JAP) and TurboGrafx (USA/EUR).

From what I've seen, the Pokémon Yellow official banner is a GBC one, not a GB.

Red (The official 2016 release) have the GB banner, and Yellow, even if the game have color, is a GB game.

Yes I'm sure, when you launch the game (2016 Yellow, tested with spanish release) pressing select, the frame is not an old GB but a purple GBC

I used every file explorer to extract the original icons, used banner maker with a random image for the banner and only kept the icon.bin generated.

oops open the banner files in ohana as textures, extra the pngs edit them and reinject them with ohana

I'm pretty noob wth that stuff so, could you give me a direction to look on what to do to edit my .cia and make them have your banners ? Tried to open them with 3DSexplorer to start, gave me a ticket error...
