Homebrew bought new 3ds xl 9,9 oothax possible?

Hi. I want to acces the home brew launcher . I'm on 9.9 new 3ds xl( I can't use internet if I don't want to udapte my new 3ds) Can I use oothax? And if I can anyone have a save for 9.9 new 3ds EUR for powersave ? Thanks.

You can use internet. Just make sure you set up tubehax DNS when you first set up the internet connection. Even if you don't set up tubehax and you get the update nag you can delete it by entering recovery mode and exiting.

Once you get homebrew channel running, downgrade your system to 9.2 and install cfw.

Oothax is not possible, unless you are using an already hacked 3ds, a powersaves or savedatafiler (which only works on a dev3ds or an already hacked 3ds).

all save managers can work for this, not just powersaves and sdf. and if he cant inject the save file, he can always borrow a friends ds for it

YES. oothax is possible. Now, follow these steps to get access to it:
1. Download the latest starter kit from smealum.gitbub.io/3ds .
2. Extract it into your SD Card.
3. On your 3DS, open your internet browser, and use the initialize save data option.
4. Now goto Internet Settings, and change the DNS of your WiFi access point to 107.211.140.065.
5. Now on your internet browser, initialize the save data (Select the search engine and stuff) and then goto http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php straight away.
6. Browserhax will load. Make sure you have The OOT cart in your 3DS, and have started it atleast once.
7. Select the OOTHax installer, and make sure you have an active internet connection.
8. Follow the instructions, and oothax would be installed.

But now my internet say to me " upgrade the console for use internet" but i dont want to udapt in 10.5 cause after i cant downgrade in 9.2. Its why i search a Save for new 3ds 9.9eur.

I cant use my brower internet without a udapte of the console on 10.5 . When i used internet the first connection i didnt use dns of tubehax. So now my internet want a udapte. So what u can actually do is :

1 - Try format your 3ds (system pref => format)
2 - Set up your Wifi connection and go again in wifi setup to modify dns
3 - Try BrowserHax again

If it wont work, you can :

1 - Try to get another hacked 3DS to inject right OOT hacked save in a OOT cartridge
2 - Inject this save via an old DS and a flashcard (using DS SaveManager)
3 - Get a powersave to inject the OOT hacked save in a OOT cartridge without hacked 3DS

Finally, i you get stuck somewhere, u can send me your OOT cartridge and i can inject hacked save for you. Send me a PM for that.

cybergadget, web injection (if 9.5 or lower, you will probably have to write your own stuff though) and i was just saying all save managers in case someone else finds this thread because they had a similar question and posting just to ask if x save manager works

I always search a file for powersave 9.9 new 3eur or a save file 9.9 new 3ds eur for inject with Save manager. Cause i got a old 3ds with the hax . Thanks
