Hacking homebrew on Reinand in 10.6?

I updated my reinand to 10.6 and im out of luck. I can't get into homebrew. and I don't have oot or cubic ninja

the problem is that. I couldn't get fbi installer on the health app. so, I wanted to use the fbi installer on homebrew

You can run Decrypt9 to inject FBI into H&S of your emuNAND from your SysNAND, if I remember correctly.
