hello,
First of all, i want to specify that i am definitely a noob.

However I have successfully hacked into my wii and have wiiflow and dio mios loaded so i can play some GameCube games. i have about six games loaded; however half of them seems to have slow performance. for example: pokemon gale of darkness is the worst when it comes to loading the next area and eternal darkness has something weird going on with sound in intro. Other games like fire emblem and Mario sunshine seems to be fine.

I was wondering if it is because i am using a Flash Drive instead of an hdd or if there is some magic settings that needs to be done. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

I would have to guess it is the speed of your drive.

So i went out and bought a hdd for the wii, and it works like a charm. Indeed the usb flashdrive I had on hand was reading too slow for the console.
Thank you both for the inputs to help me find a solution.
