No. You are now forced to update and have hard mod done since your bricked. But before updating and whatnot. Try booting the system without the sd card inserted.

No, you have to either update or flash the NAND backup onto your console. Hardmodding isn't that hard, there is a nice tutorial on this site in the tutorials section.

You don't have the lingering ghosts of menuhax on your SD card somewhere, do you? Try deleting extdata from the SD card (and maybe back it up instead of outright deleting it just in case).

Why don't you tell us exactly what you did and why you did it. Why did you flash your emunand to your sysnand? What method did you use to perform the flash? Did you have a9lh? All you've said so far is that you think you're bricked.

So, you downgraded emunand to 2.1. Did sysupdater report any errors during the downgrade process? Did you run the unbricking script on the emunand before flashing it to your sysnand?

EDIT: Wait, I see that you have an O3DS and not N3DS. That might be why you didn't have to run a script.

This is why it's a good idea to have sudokuhax installed to sysnand. That way you can do a software nand restore if you're accidently/forced to update for whatever reason.

Sudokuhax would let you flash NAND even if, for example, you updated to 10.6 without a9lh? I might have to get that set up just because.

No any errors and No
So you didn't run the unbricking script? That was a key part of the OTP guide. I find myself wondering if you really did skip it though, because I'd be surprised that your console even boots to recovery if you did.

No, not a9lh. Some nice member (:P) released a custom version of the DSi mode tool fwtools that will restore a 3ds nand from twl homberew mode. It's somewhere around here. :P

Can you explain me semibrick i saw that someone has black screen on his screen and solved it uncharging the battery

Sorry for my horrible english
Semibrick can mean different things depending on what caused it. Right now what I would suggest is deleting the extdata folders from your SD card (making sure to back them up if you haven't already) then try booting the console again.

Not sure what to tell you, then. Recovery mode might be the only option. It would put you back on to 10.6, but ideally you would have a working (yet unhacked) console by the end of it.
