Hacking Pokemon New 3DS 20th Anniversary Version

Anyone know what the new Nintendo 3ds 20th anniversary version is on? is it below version 10.3?

We know the Pokemon 2DS's have 10.2. But I haven't seen any proof of what the N3DS has. I'm banking 10.2 as well too though but proof would be nice.

The consoles were manufactured long before announcement to meet our demand, so it would most likely be 10.3<

If 10.3 games are the highest, then systems will be that or lower. They take longer to manufacture and ship.

I spent the 40 dollars to import the wood grain one which is just a veneer actually. Still looks good though. This was through a seller on Amazon.
