Hacking DS Carts no longer run on N3DS emuNAND ever since updating RXtools emuNAND to 10.6

So I'm not sure what the heck is happening here, ever since updating my emuNAND from 9.4 to 10.6 on my N3DS, none of the DS titles or flashcards will play on my emuNAND, this includes DS carts and DSiware, though they work just fine on the sysNAND. They had been loading perfectly fine on my emuNAND 9.4 before I updated RXtools. When I restore my emuNAND to 9.4 (while keeping RXtools updated), the DS games still wont run in the emuNAND.

Initially I though I might have to updated my TWL Firm to the latest patched version, so I did that. Even still, none of these DS titles load anymore. I even tried that TWLSlotLauncher app I saw that was supposed to bring back old flashcards to work again, but this didn't solve the issue either.

Did i miss something when I updated my emuNAND/RXtools? If so, can someone please help me get my DS titles running my emuNAND again?

to my understanding, Rxtools could never support NDS carts on emunand; it was reinand that could support DS carts.

Well that's weird, my NDS carts worked on my RXtools emuNAND for ages, up until the other day when I finally decided to go beyond the 9.5 emuNAND barrier and therefore had to updated RXtools.

If this is the case, then perhaps I need to switch to ReiNAND or Cakes. Do you know if they both can support NDS titles and have emuNANDs up to the latest version?

Or you can always dual boot it.

While I'll like to hear for a solution for this issue as well,
until there's a proper one, can do as cooroxd says, and do dualboot.

I have Reinand and Rxtools on my N3Ds LL

Why dualboot though? It sounds like the other cfws can load the DS games still, just use one of them instead of RXtools... unless I'm missing something here.

to my understanding, reinand doesn't have region free entirely working of something
(like some of my installed CIAs go missing from home page but reappear with NTR or something),
but at least it works with DS carts.

Well, perhaps theres a way to get it to work. I'll check that special forum to see if i can find anything
