So, yeah, i got my Wii U on Firmware 5.4.0, then i put any of the copies of the mentioned games [Hyrule Warriors / Mario Party / Smash Bros], and then when launching them, it ask me to update, notice that my Wii u is offline, so the update its from the Disc itself.

Basically, when i launched Hyrule Warriors it started updating, and i was like HELL NO, and i shut down the Wii U, so... do the games have a firmware higher then 5.4.0? AFAIK they did not...

I'm pretty sure you still need to go online for them to update. My Smash disc has an update, so I let it run to see what happens - however, it fails to start, and that's because of TubeHax. So as long as TubeHax is on, you're safe.

I Have Tubehax, and beside,s im offline lol, firmware 5.4.0, when i start Hyrule Warriors, Smash Or Mario Party, it start with [Updating bla bla bla]... so i don't want to screw my Wii U updating it to anything higher then 5.4.0 with a retail disc.

It should start saying "Preparing update..." and once a minute passes an error code comes up, and you can start the game normally.

I also have Smash and Hyrule Warriors, and the same things happen for me. I would be surprised to see it update in your situation.

When you pop in the disc, what do you see?

Do you see the game logo? Most likely a game update.
Do you see a WiiU console logo? Most likely a system update.

Yes it will say preparing update and then fail with tubehaxand give you the option to play anyway.

If you want the disc update then use WUPinstaller. If you want to go online with the disc you can spoof and go online. We don't know yet tho if you'll get banned later or not. I have a 5.4 spoofed to 5.5.1 and I take it online all the time. Could be screwing myself who knows...

To make things less complicated - it's probably an update for the game, and with TubeHax nothing will happen. You should be safe.
