Uhh..
So really dumb question - would i be able to rebuild a game and import it to a cartridge?
As I'm typing this, I'm realizing how absolutely far fetched this is, but still.
At least I'd have the definite knowledge that it isn't possible..

Short answer: No.

Long answer: Cartridges are built specifically for whatever ROM is imported onto it. Theoretically, it would be possible if the two games in question had an identical cartridge, but it would still require you to flash data onto the cartridge, which would be quite a hassle.
