ROM Hack Fire emblem Fates special edition (Usa) jap content restore

just got me a copy of fates yesterday! i already dumped it and converted it to a cia (about to decrypt it).
now, i want to restore the Japanese contend that was removed from the game in the usa version.
i didn't play the game yet because i have to finish off awakening first but im sure that theres already a option to switch voices to Japanese so a undub mostly not necessary. but i want to restore the stuff that was removed from the usa version

I believe dual audio was removed from Fates already so an undub would be needed.

im trying now to use the japanese game as a base and my dumped usa version as a donor for text and menus

i cant seem to decrypt fire emblem games, the whole output is not being dumped, has anyone extracted the games filesystem?

That's why I'm thinking of working in reverse. Japanese game as base and use ver for translation files
