Hardware Hyrule Warriors 3DS Concole Firmware

Hey. Does anyone know on which firmware the new 3DS XL Hyrule Warriors edition will be released with?
The Japanese Game was I suppose for 9.9 ... Hope it is <= 10.3.

Well, if it is 9.9, that may cause problems as N3ds consoles seem to have a higher chance of softbricking than 10.3.

I honestly do not see Gateway releasing it any time soon if at all. I would go through initial setup on 9.9 then use browserhax or Cubic Ninja to downgrade to 9.2.

I called it being 9.9 long ago and I was right ,by November 10.4 consoles will be sold since it stops downgrading unless you have a hardmod

I think so. They might be on 9.9. But I think we have to wait for the EU release to see which FW it's on. I suppose 9.9. But who knows.

Nobody can answer that definitively unless they've bought one of these second wave systems.

Again, with a 2-3 month system manufacturing lead time you should still be safe.

No way it will be that low. Special editions are fresh from the factory. That firm is like 6 months old lol. The regular systems will probably be around that firm because they are purchased in large batches and sit around a while before bought typically.

Not necessarily. But I would say that if the copyright is 2015, you're fine (probably). 2016 means danger zone.
The 10.4 update was Jan 18th and the 10.5 update a week after. That's a short window for a (c) 2016 system to be safe.
