I heard somewhere that you can break the CIA installation if you go into SysNAND 3DS game management. I have a lot of GBA games installed onto my SysNAND's SD card that I want to get rid of. Can I do that through SysNAND CFW's settings? PLEASE HELP!

If your NANDs are linked then going into Data Management in sysNAND will delete CIAs from your emuNAND (though I don't know if the same thing happens from sysNAND CFW), if they are unlinked then you don't have to worry about this.

My NAND's are unlinked so are you sure, sure? (>'o'<)

Yes, when unlinked they use completely different folders on SD and they won't touch eachother's folders.
