That's actually a very good idea

It only works on low firmwares from memory, later on Nintendo made it so it could still download updates from Nintendo zone spots (and normal wireless if you have a valid connection set on sysNAND, or an empty spot and a valid connection on emuNAND) and will prompt you to update and allow you to update even with parental controls set. This could be wrong, feel free to correct me, but I'm certain that after a certain firmware having parental controls is not sufficient on its own to prevent updating.

Wait what? I mean, I knew even with Parental Control on, the 3DS can download the update if you have a valid connection/access to a Nintendo Hotspot. But I was unaware it could also download the update on sysnand with having internet access only on emunand.

No, I think it stopped working in like 6.x or 7.x.

and i would hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist but my personal belief is this . . . the usa also has less school days in the year and also shorter school days than most other country's . . . with that said i firmly believe we (Americans that is) are breed by our government for our ignorance . . . not only is ignorance bliss . . . but its also easy to control

When I was in high school in year 12 we had an American exchange student in my year and she had to be put in a year 11 General maths class after a month as she wasn't coping in the year 12 class. And General maths is the absolute lowest stream, there's also Maths Applications, Maths Methods and Specialist Maths. And according to her she used to get B's in maths at her school!!

I think the school system is crap in a lot of countries, and not just in America. The same thing you said can be applied to exchange student coming to America. It just depends on the person. Not all Americans are idiots, just like not all [insert other country here] are smart either.
