ROM Hack [Project] Ultra Street Fighter IV 3D Edition

[UPDATE] This project is currently in development Hell D:


I'm gonna dump SSFIV3D to make USFIV on 3ds.

Here are the things I plan to add:

-All USFIV characters
-All Balance changes in USFIV
-Omega mode
-Add all status icons and titles
-Online with people who have the hack
-Red Focus attack
-Ultra Combo Double

What I will NOT add:

-DLC that is not included with USFIV
-Edition select for older versions of characters
-Stages


If you want to join the project you can join but there are some requierments:
-A copy of SSFIV3D (legal or not as long as you can edit it)
-A copy of USFIV (same as before but you don't need to edit it)
-A dump of SSFIV3D
-Hacked 3ds (duh)
-Not being a douche
-Skype (Forgot to add that in the original post, oops)

I said I PLANNED, I didn't promise anything. I can only just add the character changes, red focus, and Ultra combo double if I want to.
