As in I wrote it into the actual nand chip. Is there anyway to uninstall the title from my nand? I see a white empty box pop up everytime I turn on my n3ds and its starting to bug me(imagine like a game icon that goes away).

if you REALLY want to get rid of it, you might be able to do so using the 3dsx version of it. As others have said though, it might not be a bad thing to have around, as this allows you to work your way out of a jam if ever needed (for example, to run sysupdater on your system nand).
Could you try installing it again on sysnand sd and using it to delete the one on the nand...? I dont know if you will be able to "have two apps installed with the same id" also, I dont know in this case if you would be able to delete it with bbm or devmenu. Did you try to use the .3dsx version and see if you can find its id in uninstalling mode? You guys are misunderstanding. I have a usable version installed to sysnand but I installed an unusable version by changing the location to nand using fbi launcher. So there is an unusable version of the fbi app on my nandchip(on the actual chip not sd) it's unusable.
