FIXED!! I CAN NOW USE MY R4I-3DS
i just downgraded my 3ds from 7.1.0-16U to 4.2.0-9U

now im going to study on how to put cfw the easy way (cuz im scared to brick my 3ds)
and the best cfw that can let me play 3ds games (.cia)

It seems that i cant make this work for some reason i just got this 3ds that is parental locked(im looking for some solutions to my parental control 10 digit) is there something that i did wrong or there are more things that i needed to do before installing some things in it.

You can make it work by updating the cart firmware to 7.1 as mentioned on their page, but you need a DS lite or a 3DS/DSi on old firmware to update the cart. Or you can downgrade the DS flashcart whitelist (requires 10.3 or below to downgrade)

You need to update the card now. It's probably done by copying some firmware file to the card and it will start the update process when you launch the card. Check their website on instructions and update it to the latest version on the original ds, then it should work on your 3ds.

Your card might not be upgradable.

According to that page the card should be labeled "3DS v6.1"

What firmware is your 3DS on? Downgrading the whitelist as mentioned before might get the cart working.

I assume you have CFW already.
Look for the thread titled "Proper Old DS Cart Enable (RF) (more complete than Flash Card Time Warp)" on that ISO site. It should contain everything you need.

That didn't work for me using the 2.0.0 version...

No because yours has a 3DS label, mine doesn't. The 3DS detects mine as a Star Wars game so there might still be hope...

DSi has no issues running it I suppose, downgrade your TWL and related...
