Homebrew Were there any reports of people being banned due to setting their favorite title to homebrew?

Yep I know, long title is long.

In a nutshell: On your friends list you can set your favorite title to something they list there which then gets stored on Nintendos server. Do they actually check if it's a legit title and if not can potentially ban you?

I know, really stupid question but does anyone know if this happened already? This is more like a "fun" thread since I don't really think it would ever happen.

I've had hblauncher_loader for some time and nothing's happened. it doesn't appear to those who aren't using custom firmware though.

I think signature patches are coming into play, because I set my favorite title to an emulator, and it appeared on another system where I've never installed the same emulator.

What about "now playing", does it even show up to those who don't have a CFW ? Or it doesn't even show up as if you were playing it ?

You know what the funny thing is? One guy created a fake Zelda Twilight Princess game and set it as his favorite. It very well faked, it even included a eShop button. If you press that button it starts eShop, tries to load that link and fails. You get error message and eShop closes. He then took his 3DS to some big event and got a lot of streetpasses. Nothing happened to him, but everyone who opened that eShop link got banned.

I can't even set my title to anything other than things I downloaded directly from the eshop or played as retail carts.
