So i have a frankenfirmware 9.2 and plan to update to 10.3 first then try downgrading again as it seems to be the most common ie stable. Just before i update, is there any specific sysupdater that i should/shouldn't use?

edit: My frankenfirmware is like a firmware which uses different versions for different files. (incomplete downgrade caused it) It runs, but browser and system settings will not work at all.

WTF ?

What is this thing?
A firmware constructed of titles from several different firmware versions pieced together, thus the frankenstein nod.
It happens when you force only select titles to update manually, or have botched upgrade/downgrades.

It depends on the context, but what jaksy said is the gist of it. Incomplete downgrades, or installing mismatching update CIAs (such as when people install updated CVer/NVer/friends list modules on emuNAND or, more unwisely, sysNAND) generally causes it.
