I don't know if that title was appropriate enough, but basically what I am asking is what should I do to go back to the way of playing my 3DS without emuNAND or CFWs or anything like that. It's a dumb question, I know; but I just feel like that having a failsafe backup plan might be really useful one day (and yes, part of the reason is because I'm somewhat paranoid by the rumors about the 10.5 speculation as of now, even though they're likely to be false/misinformation).
I currently have a N3DSXL with sysNAND 9.2 & emuNAND 10.5. They are unlinked (through the method of formatting sysNAND). I also currently have a NAND backup of sysNAND 9.2, emuNAND 10.3 (in case I wanna use sysUpdater for a particular reason), and I can make one now for emuNAND 10.5, if necessary.
I also have a full backup of every file in the system since first using emuNAND, and I'm able to make another one if needed. Unfortunately, I had to delete the backup files from when I only had sysNAND (just before setting up emuNAND), due to certain reasons; but the only difference I can distinguish between the backups is probably just a few CIA titles, one being a game title (Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask...I like the series, okay?) and the rest being CFW apps (SaveDataFiler, DevMenu, NTR CFW, etc.).
What would be the process to transfer it all back to sysNAND (not including the CIA-installed games, since that's probably the case), and have a 3DS without any of that emuNAND stuff? I guess the process would be something around deleting the hidden emuNAND partition in the SD Card, and starting anew in the ol' sysNAND. But I'm not sure if I'm able to re-link my NNID (most of my games are digital), plus I would lose a bunch of save files.
Thanks in advance!
