Okay. Here are some I picked

  • Emergent Computer Technology
  • In this course, the student will learn the basics of building his own Web site. First, the student will become familiar with the basic concepts of Web design, including the use of Hypertext Markup Language, or HTML. The student will plan his or her Website and then learn the basic language that will turn his or her documents into Web pages. The student will also learn how to link pages, or move from one page to another. Then the student will be introduced to more complex design techniques. The student will learn how to make his or her site more attractive and interesting by the use of graphics, such as photos or diagrams.
  • Engineering Design I
  • In this introductory course you will learn computer -aided design skills necessary for a career in engineering. To this end, you will learn the basics of using CAD software to draw engineering plans and diagrams. Using CAD, you will become familiar with creating points, lines, geometric forms, drawings, and 3-D models. As you learn these basics, you’ll gain the foundation that you need to translate abstract concepts into functional designs, a core engineering skill. During this course, you will create a diverse portfolio of projects that include orthographic projections, sectional views of 3-D objects, isometric drawings, and 3-D walkthroughs. Through these projects, you’ll develop the skills you need to design and create CAD projects of your own
  • Accounting I
  • This course provides the student with an introduction to accounting concepts and principles, financial statements, internal control design, and accounting for partnerships. By the end of the course, the student will be able to
    • Define terms related to business accounting
    • Apply accounting concepts and principles
    • Prepare financial statements
    • Analyze financial statements for decision making
    • Evaluate internal controls
    • Account for partnership transactions
    • Differentiate international financial reporting standards from generally accepted accounting principles

I'm not sure what you should pick, but from seeing what you've made in the past I guess you should pick Emergent Computer Technology.
True. However, Is it the past I really want to learn from? I am leaning towards Accounting because I eventually want to start my own business (leading a mini one now). Having a heads up in financing would help a lot. However at the same time. I want to do web design so I am not that boss who sits around and does nothing besides manage everything as I am doing now.

If in doubt give it a clout act randomly.

That said expecting to walk away with practical skills from such courses sounds like a long shot* so pick whatever is fun.

*the website one mentions non a peep about CSS which is so bad it is not funny, the engineering one could be OK but I am curious why they do not specify software which from experience would say have fun with sketchup possibly a super nerfed version of autocad** or something they do for free and the accounting one... you could learn enough to not be a liability in a couple of hours and that avoids many things I would have probably said were more key.

**if you are subject to a truly sadistic bastard you will be doing 2d CAD which is absolutely amazing if you can get it to work for you (3d is nice but it is a toy for most users for a lot longer than 2d stuff) and will actually be a useful result but will bore you to tears long before then.
