because memechunkhax2 is blocked in the new update will that make the games a non legit cia?
Assuming they come pre installed and not download codes yes for sure. However someone will have to downgrade it first.
However, someone will have to downgrade the 3DS first. I guess they could do that new hardmod downgrade thing.
i think it seems pretty likely the real question is will those pokemon 3ds's come with 10.3 or 10.4 if it's 10.4 someone would have to be willing to get their brand new 3ds hardmodded and they'll have to be a pirate it might take a few weeks.
Ive had so many people in the last few days send consoles in for a downgrade or hardmod install i can justify buying a n3ds. When is the release date for it. The pokemon release that is?

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better. -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
