Homebrew Locked Out of Homebrew?

O3DS, 9.2 European.
I can only enter homebrew by two methods: menuhax and browserhax. I can't use browserhax because my 3ds is nagging and I can't use menuhax. When I turn my 3DS on and hold the L button, it doesn't load into menuhax...

You shouldn't get a nag on 9.2, that's only on 9.9 and above? What does the nag say?

Did you change the theme? Changing the theme will remove menuhax.

I'm guessing that he downgraded and that's what removed menuhax.

Go to Other Settings in the System Settings to preform a system update.

Did you change the theme? Changing the theme will remove menuhax.

I had to change the theme to install RxTools or some random files but I can't now since menuhax doesn't work...

If you can't get browserhax to work, you'll need another entry point in order to reinstall menuhax.
Did you downgrade your 3DS? Seems like your browser might not have been downgraded. The nag shouldn't occur on firmwares below 9.9.

Of course not, once you get Homebrew access you have to run it on your 3DS.

Best not to download a file with no instructions and the only purpose js to decorate the downloads folder.

Well, in that case you basically have an updated 3DS, since your browser wasn't downgraded. You won't be able to use homebrew and therefore won't be able to do any piratey stuff.

It's either Cubic Ninja or a cheap Sky 3DS. You've got some Frakenfirmware it seems.

Frakenfirmwares were known to happen, even with SafeSysUpdater. It's a common problem that most people fixed by updating back to 10.3 during that 2 week window and then downgrading again.

I'll update to 10.5 and make things even worse.
