Homebrew Possibility of Fire Emblem N3DS coming with exploitable FW

Do you guys think the special edition Fire Emblem N3DS console will come with VER 10.3.28x installed? Or do you think nintendo has time to fix it with manufacturers and bump them up to 10.4+ before the release date on Feb 19 in the U.S.?

100%, it will come with an exploitable firmware. the consoles were in production before 10.4 or 10.5 were released.

I'd put money on between 9.4 and 9.9. There's no way they'll be running 10.4.

While I've got you here, do you know of any resellers that have N3DS XL "XYBA" button boards? All I can find are O3DS XL boards, not sure if they're interchangeable.

He has made replacement parts (including buttons) for handheld many times before.
It might cost a few pennies, but I'd think it'd be cheaper than trying to salvage parts from a system that was just released a few months ago. Also, you could get SNES like buttons on a n3ds xl
