I think you found out already, but instead of going to http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax_auto.php on your 3ds, you want to go to http://yls8.mtheall.com/spider28hax.php to launch HBL. Ironfall doesn't work on 10.4, so install MenuHax for more convenient use.

Well, to be frank with you, I'm on 10.4 U and when I went to the first link, the browser crashed. Going to the second link designed for 10.4 users, it worked.
