Homebrew Updated N3DSXL to 10.4 - Anyway to update the OOT3DHAX payload?

Hi guys.

Just recently updated my US N3DSXL to 10.4 since I thought that OOT3DHAX was safe.

After trying to launch the hack again, the game will load until the message saying the ropbin is ready and then crash to the home menu.

Is there an updated payload for OOT3DHAX? If so is there anyway to update without using the HBL?

OoT3DHax does work, you have to upload the payload. If you have Powersaves, I can send you a save for it.

Thank you for your offer, but unfortunately I don't have access to Powersaves. As of now, I think I don't have anyway of getting into the HBL. Just tried browserhax and it wouldn't work for me.

You can get a powersaves for like 15 dollars from amazon if possible

Could you possibly send me that payload? I've been looking for it but couldn't find it.

Browserhax should work, just make sure you have everything art up properly and try it quite a few times as its success rate is only so so. Otherwise your options are using Powersaves or a DS or DS Lite and a flash cart.

umm if you did mean N3DS that'd be why it's not working i belive Smea tweeted while it's Still working on O3DS its Broken on the N3DS

I updated my OoThax save before I lost access to Ironhax. If you kniw someone with a 3DS that can still access The Homebrew Laincher, you can update it there.

I tried it but it keeps saying save file is corrupted and creates a new one, tried both manually placing file on OOT folder, and Backup folder and the restore from settings, both cardid folders, it seems like maybe it just works for carts

Browserhax was fixed (As in Yellows8 fixed it so it works on 10.4) , and menuhax 2.2 was released with 10.4 support, so you can use those exploits to download the new OOT3Dhax payload.

I tried installing menuhax as soon the payload was updated now it stays black when I power my new 3ds up expept if i take the micro sd card out, how do i fix this?

Insert the microSD while the 3ds is on. I already did it, and that works for me.

Edit: Just be careful around the battery while the case is open. And install menuhax 2.2, not 1.2. And browserhax works, so use that to install it.

You can't just drag it into the 3DS folder. Those .SAV files are console specific. The one's most of us share are still .SAV but a different format where they can be restored to the game.

You have no way of putting a .SAV file on your OoT3D because it's an eShop game.
Buy Cubic Ninja (its, like, very easy to buy) or buy a physical OoT.
