Reinand lets you get 10.4 emunand. Its more for N3ds IMO I liked rxtools but 10.4 emunand on n3ds is irresistible.

it's a minimal cfw for the New 3ds that adds 10.4 emunand support. no region free (without hans/smeas region three/four), no devmode or sysnand options. it just lets you use emuand 9.6+ which os the only reason i switched from rxtools.

Why? The only thing I see different from the firmware's is theme support, access to eshop (Which you can do with rxTools), and you can update your games

with emunand above 9.5, theres no need to cryptofix cia files to work on lower versions of emunand and I always had a very low boot rate with rxtools anyways.

Can you install ANY CIA? I'd like to be able to still install any CIA

reinand doesnt see out of region cia when they are installed. but you can install them, just not see them when they are installed, unless they are region spoofed.

Just use Free multi Patcher or the auto version of it I released the other day. I really don't see why people think running a CIA to enable region free is a big deal (especially when FMP has basically a 100% success rate).

Rxtools doesn't have gba/vc/ds in Emunand (at least not on n3ds), that's a thing you can't just patch by running a small tool. Region free can be patched. I'd rather take the gba and ds support instead of having to boot to sysnand to run those

It does have DS running in emuNAND. At least it worked when I still was on a 9.5 emuNAND running rxTools (and now it still works on my 10.4 emuNAND using ReiNAND), after installing flashcarttimewarp or something like that.
And for the rest, I have GBA VC running on my rxTools emuNAND on my old 3DS but it's true that I never tested on my N3DS. But emulation is fast enough on a N3DS anyways I guess.

It does work on an old nightly (10-02), but that doesn't have region free. So it's the same as reinand and cakes now.

On n3ds it's either gba/ds or region free. Not both. As the latter can be patched and the other can't, I'd rather go with gba/ds support and just use freemultipatcher. Or just avoid out of region files or use files that were already patched to region free.

I use NTR for my arm11 needs like region free.. also 'dev mode' is just an RXtools meme.. my sysnand mode did the exact same thing, but i got rid of it since we have CBM and can just put Pasta on it for sysnand purposes, lol.
