by the way back to normal functioning , I can update my emunand of 9.5 to 10.4 by the system settings without fear ?

10.4 emuNAND works on N3DS too now (with Cakes, Reinand, and Aurora's mod of Reinand), so yes, it's fine to update from 9.5 to 10.4 as long as you're not using RxTools.

I mean, we can assume loads of people downgraded to 9.2 when 10.3 was still the newest firmware.

- No ARM9 thread (in the official builds, this provides the "Ver." cosmetic patch in System Settings, which happens to patch random "Ver."s in FCRAM, and thus made me uncomfortable, Pokemon screenshots and FCRAM dumping).

Doesn´t Reinand 3.1 already remove this too?
When I had it installed it didn´t patch the version string, but it still has the thread folder and arm9 file in the release package.
I´m a bit confused.
