Hacking Is there any way to downgrade a New3DS 9.9.0-26U now?

I tired to use browserhax, but the brower asked me to upgrade firmware.

I changed my DNS as this post https://gbatemp.net/threads/browserhax-is-still-working.400991/

but there was an error message pops out
"The internet browser cannot be used at this time..."

I wonder is there any possible way to downgrade my N3DS now?

As far as I know, browserhax works on 10.4, so just use that instead.

Seems like you have a dummy browser. Get Cubic Ninja, OOT3D, or SSB4.

As far as I know, browserhax works on 10.4, so just use that instead.

memchunkhax2 doesn't work for 10.4. if you're telling him to update? you're basically sending him to hell.

@leonyehan once you obtain cubic or oot, you can install menuhax and use safesysupdater from there to downgrade. but whatever you do, DO NOT UPDATE TO 10.4!!!

That's not true. You can inject the save with Powersaves or similar if you're willing to spend an extra $10.

powersaves inject save files to cartridges.

powersaves are like $20 in eb games, assuming your local eb games has it. if you're in toronto, i just saw some at eaton center today.

Powersaves is an external device that allows you to use cheat codes and inject saves into 3DS games. All you need is a computer with USB support.

1.Get hardmod. And back up your SysNAND.
2.Get/Lend SKY/CN from others. Use that to access HBL. Or whatever method can get you to HBL.
3.With or without menuhax, get yourself to 9.0-9.2. Or just to 10.3 FULL first, then back to downgrade.
If you've get it bricked or 10.4 during the process after step1, just flash back and you would get your 9.9.
