I use only 3dstool and Ohana3DS (and Photoshop CC, of course)

Yes, it's the same game, but for some reason it displays different banners on Jap and USA consoles,
even though PC Engine VC games was never released outside Japan.

They probably had planned western release, but changed their mind.
Even in Japan they got only four games released.
But now we have that emulator and can inject other games!

The consoles are PC Engine (Jap) and TurboGrafx-16 (USA).
