I know I can convert it to fat32 which works with my n3dsxl to use it but what i'm asking is: is transfering all may nand data and everything on the card simple as just transfering the data? or is there something else I have to do to use it on my n3dsxl?

You have to make an emunand backup of the old SD.
Then format emunand on the new SD
Then inject the old emunand backup into the new SD

You can either use emunand tool, or emunand9

Do not buy a high GB SD card from any place other than a big store, or a website of a big store. Any place else has a good chance of being a fake.

If you're using emunand you'll have to copy the emunand partition. If you're just using sysnand then it should just be a copy and paste of all the files.

Most likely that's about an 8gb card that has had it's capacity faked to look like a 128gb. It will look fine to all devices, but as soon as you go past the actual space it has it will start overwriting data and corrupt everything. Fake cards are bad news and one that is that cheap and non-branded is an obvious fake.

Not trying to be an ass, but about 99.4% of his feedback seems to be bots.
Look buddy, a piece of advice.

If it looks too good to be true, it is. Period. End of discussion.

It's probably a 2gb or a 4gb one actually, and lookie here: One of his legitimate feedbacks.

Listen to this.

I bought that same SD card for my Galaxy S5 2 years ago, worse money I spent. It would corrupt all the time, if I transferred files on the phone it self it would corrupt.
After putting files once on it and then transfering more files a second time it would corrupt.
Whatever I did it would corrupt, if it didn't corrupt right away a day later it would.

I wouldn't get anything but a name brand card thats from a store or amazon itself and not a crappy reseller. My prefered SD's are a legit kingston or samsung evo. My samsung is going strong on my 3DS hasn't gave me a issue or failed me.

I know you're trying to get a good deal and get a high end card for cheap but for memory cards you can't go cheap because its most likely a fake and will give you plenty of issues.
Most of the time on ebay if it looks to good to be true it is, for instance SD card 128GB kingston for $20 and then on amazon its $40 theres a reason why the ebay one is cheaper. I'm not sure on actual prices but you get the point.
