Supported Systems:
o3DS/XL (Yup, n3DS Exclusive Feature works with this .cia on o3DS);
n3DS/XL;

Requirements:
1) A Wi-Fi connection. If you don't have any get your Phone and make a Mobile Hotspot. (Your PC will need to be connected to it);
2) Windows PC. (Windows 7+);
3) Ability to install .cia's (CFW, Gateway etc);

Nintendo's Official Tutorial/Documentation:
(Click Here) - They only have a tutorial for the n3DS since its an official feature on n3DS but not o3DS.

o3DS/Non-Official Tutorial:
3DS:
1) System Settings > Add Wi-Fi Access Point you are going to use. (Required);
2) Install the .cia > Unwrap and Open > Choose the Access Point > Set the Username, Password and System Name. (Doesnt need to be secure at all unless its public Wi-Fi);

PC:
1) Windows File Explorer > Click "Network" under "Computer" on the left pane > It should show your 3DS, Click it;
2) Enter the Username and Password you set on your 3DS > Remember Me, Press OK;
3) Open the "microSD" folder and it will show all your files;

EDIT: I've tried to install this on my o3ds's 10.3 rxtools emunand through the FBI cia and it returns DESCRIPTION_INVALID_NCCH (0x25), but apparently it works for some. Not sure what's wrong, anyone else has any ideas? @ShinyMK?

As there was not a US version (which coincides with mine) inside the pasta fix zip, I didn't try it before. And alas, although the EU one installs fine it tells me there was an error and resets the console when I try to run it. Thank you anyway.

i mean on old 3ds it is no big deal since current emunand is always supported pretty much

but on N3ds , (yes i know GW and rei nend now supports 10.3) i am using rxtools with emunand 9.5

so my question is this ,is it safe to turn on wifi communications in N3ds rxtools 9.5 emunand or will i get an update nag?

can i just use tubehax DNS in my interconnection setting?
i heard it does not work anymore and besides that i heard that turning on wifi communication even if you have no internet setting profiles setup will get you an update nag through t streetpass or spotpass or something so is this true? how can i try this out with out getting an update nag?

Since I dont own a n3DS I probably wont be of much help. It works fine on o3DS and n3DS but im unsure about the update nags etc

EDIT: I forgot to mention, the Wi-Fi Access Point that you connect to doesnt need to have internet you just need a Wi-Fi Access Point set up. So you could try Disabling Mobile Data and make a Hotspot on your Phone and then connect. Since you dont have Connection going through your phone to the Access Point it wont be able to check for updates etc.

As of 01-18-2016 MicroSD Management works prefect on a New 3DSXL in Sysnand 9.2. I run MicroSD Management in Gateway-3DS Mod Emunand Ver. 10.3.0-28U.
