Okay, I searched google but I got nothing about how to do this. Before making the gateway emuNAND, I backed up my sysNAND to NAND.bin. For various reasons, including re-installing emuNAND and all, sysNAND got erased. I want the stuff I had on my previous sysNAND on my emuNAND, so how do I inject the sysNAND backup(NAND.bin) so that, I have it all back?

Sorry, if I'm getting something wrong here.

EDIT: Also, is the rxTools nightly build better than v2.6? I wanted to update my rxTools too

Use your oldest backup of sysnand or emunand, then flash it back by holding Up when pressing A on Downgrade Console within the Gateway Menu.

Get launcher.dat from gateway's website (can't link) as well as GW.3dsx included in the same .zip, which should go in sdmc:/3ds/GW/

Also make sure NAND.BIN is on the root.

Format emunand with emunand9 and you should have your stuff copied. Back up your Nintendo 3ds folder if you haven't and put it back after doing that. Then, format sysnand through tinyformat to unlink nands.

EDIT: nightly is better because it's easier to set up autoboot. If you have an N3DS, Rxtools cannot go past 9.5 emunand, but it will soon. reiNAND and Cakes cfw support n3ds all the way to 10.3 though

Re-reading my post, I should have worded it better: Format EmuNAND after you flash your very first NAND dump back to your SysNAND.
