Ahh, gotcha. Well, if I were you, I would downgrade and install rxTools and an emuNAND. That way, you get latest firmware (If you have an O3DS) and unsigned CIA access.

Use the HBL version of BlargSNES. The .3dsx

Here is a batch script I made to install blargSNES.

Extract it, and put blargSNES.3dsx and your smc roms in the same Directory as the exe.
