Gaming How to renew Pokemon Bank subscription with eShop blocked?

Just wanted to know if its possible? I currently have both my WiiU and 3DS blocking all of the update addresses with OpenDNS witch also prevents eShop access so I'd like to know if it's possible to pay for it without updating.

My 3DS is on the newest update 10.3.0-28E, I have installed browserhax and I don't have any flash carts for the system (so no Gateway or anything)

wow how many Pokemon do you have? o.0 I have all 720 as I have a live dex, 3 boxes of events from USA/JPN, 1 box full of legit shinies, 3 boxes for competitive and 1 box for the in-game Legendaries that I catch. Why do you need so much space? xD

why don't you disable the dns stuff for a little while?
if you are really paranoid, keep your wiiu off whilst you do this.

It's not that I have a lot of Pokemon it's that I'd like to trade up from my older gens (for example I've got the agato Celebi on my Colosseum), I'm not worried about my WiiU at all, I know that won't update but I'm not sure how the process goes for updating on 3DS, do I have to tell it to update or will it auto update without warning?

it won't update without you pressing 'OK'
