Be prepared for whatever :)​

What to do:
Get your 10.3.0-28x (x could be E / U / J ) Official Firmware cia files now through 3DSNUS! because we know Nintendo will remove some files leaving you with an incomplete download afterwards (look at 9.2.0-20x / etc...) Store them in a safe place on your computer or external HDD.

Why do i need them?
You never know :) but 10.3 still can be used for homebrew/other entrypoints to downgrade and in case something comes out that works on 10.3 with emunand (or not ;) ) or just in case you decide to upgrade your system again later to 10.3 for whatever reason.

What do i need?
- 3DNUS v1.9

How to get them?

Look at the screenshots 1st is for Old 3DS(XL)/2DS second is for N3DS (XL)
Fill in exactly the same, only if your system is USA, fill in USA and JPN (i think it's JPN) for Japanese systems, where EUR is filled in on the picture and hit the "Download" button :)

If you are gonna download for O3DS and N3DS make sure to move the folder in another folder before you start the other download or you will overwrite your other files.
When 3DNUS is finnished it you will have the following folder inside your 3DNUS folder

If you also want to download 10.3.0-28x for your N3DS move it to another folder first
Like i made a folder "O3DS" and "N3DS", downloaded first for O3DS, moved the "10.3.0-28" folder into my "O3DS" folder and started 3DNUS again and downloaded "10.3.0-28" for my N3DS and moved the "10.3.0-28" folder afterwards in the folder "N3DS"

Assuming that the IP used for Nintendo updates is (are) known, is it possible to reroute that IP and trick the 3ds to update from some server containing these? That would be helpfull to somebody with a softbrick after 10.4.x is released.
